Marc Nicklaus

Dr. Nicklaus received his Ph.D. in applied physics in 1989 from the Eberhards-Karls-Universitat, Tubingen, Germany, and then served as a postdoctoral fellow in the Molecular Modeling Section of the then called Laboratory of Medicinal Chemistry (now the Chemical Biology Laboratory), National Cancer Institute (NCI), NIH.  He became Staff Fellow in 1998, and Senior Scientist in 2002.  In 2000, he founded the Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD) Group at the NCI and has been heading it since then.
