Dr. Roberto Reis is a Biochemist-Pharmacist with a Master degree in Microbiology and a PhD in Public Policies, Strategies and Development, in the concentration area of Innovation and Intellectual Property, from the Institute of Economics of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Since 2007, Dr. Reis coordinates the Technology Transfer Office of the National Institute of Infectology (INI-IPEC), from the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation – Brazilian Ministry of Health.
