Trained as a polymer chemist, Jorge Manrique began his career in discovery research. After several increasingly responsible R&D positions working in polymers for biomedical applications, concluding as Group Leader, Jorge transitioned to Sales and Marketing roles with leading organisations in chemical informatics. As VP of Sales and Marketing with Prous Science, Jorge leads a team that presents the company’s product portfolio to a roster of important pharmaceutical, biotech and fine chemicals companies in Europe, the USA and Latin America, Japan, China, India and other countries in the Asia/Pacific region. Prous Science is acknowledged as the preeminent source for critical knowledge in drug R&D and clinical medicine, and Jorge is pleased and excited to be part of this developing success story.
