Mr Goncharoff is a co-founder and Senior Vice President of Reel Two and has led the development of Reel Two’s life science applications. For the past three years he has focused primarily on the development of SureChem, a system for extracting and searching of chemical structures from the text of patents, journal articles and other text sources. He has authored or co-authored several publications and conference presentations on life science text mining, including automated gene name disambiguation and extraction of chemical structures from text data
