What you get

The conference begins on a Sunday evening with a welcome cocktail and dinner. The Monday is a full day with lunch, two coffee breaks and an evening cocktail reception. Tuesday is a full day with lunch, two coffee breaks and the Conference Dinner. Wednesday is a half day with the meeting ending at approximately 12.30 (only one coffee break, no lunch). There is an integral exhibition all day on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning.

Conference Registration

•   99,00 € - Special registration rate for students (without conference dinner)

Exhibitors Registration

• 299 € - Standard Exhibitor Pass includes breaks, 2 lunches, receptions and dinner; EXCLUDES admission to sessions 
• 599 € - Special Registration rate for exhibitors equals full conference registration - including admission to sessions, breaks, 2 lunches, receptions and dinner 

Prices do not include VAT (19 % in Germany).

If you send us your VAT number we charge no VAT (tax free according to reverse charge system). 

Multiple bookings

Organisations will receive a discount on all bookings if two or more bookings from the same organisation are received at the same time. 2 for one special: two bookings from one company for the price of one booking for multiple attendees must be received at the same time and be invoiced on the same invoice. Multiple bookings can be processed online. Please request a multiple booking by contacting office@haxel.com..
