Angela Bauch

Angela Bauch is Assistant Director of Product Management at Biomax Informatics in Munich, Germany. Angela holds a Ph.D. in Biology from the University of Freiburg. After a postdoctoral stay at Stanford University, she joined the biotech company Cellzome Inc. in Heidelberg. Further positions at CeMM (Research Center for Molecular Medicine of the Austrian Academy of Sciences, Vienna) and the ETH, Zurich, broadened her experience in systems biology, functional genomics, proteomics and information sciences. She brings more than 20 years experience in these research fields. In 2013, she transitioned to Biomax, a company providing knowledge management software solutions for life sciences. As a project lead of the recently introduced Enterprise Semantic Search solution AILANI she is responsible for a software implementation project for a global science company.
