Workshop: BizInt Smart Charts: Creating Patents, Pipeline and Clinical Trials Reports and Visualizations with the BizInt Smart Charts Product Family
In this workshop, you will learn how to use the latest features in the BizInt Smart Charts product family to create advanced reports and visualizations to support competitive intelligence. We will demonstrate these techniques using three examples: - Patents - Summarize Legal Status and Visualize the Patent Landscape: we will demonstrate how you can use new features in BizInt Smart Charts for Patents, Reference Rows, and VP-SCE to analyze legal status and patent information from PatBase, Orbit and Cortellis and visualize the patent landscape.
- Drug Pipelines - Compare Coverage and Content Across Databases: we will analyze differences in data retrieved from the same query (Hepatitis-C) in Pharmaprojects, Cortellis, R&D Insight, R&D Focus and Integrity, using new tools in Reference Rows and VP-SCE. We'll show how you can quickly extract the highest phase for an indication, compare this to the highest phase for all indications, and then summarize and visualize the differences between databases.
- Clinical Trials - Visualize Trial Timing: we will show how you can visualize clinical trials in progress for a target (PARP) by integrating trial data from ClinicalTrials.gov, TrialTrove, ClinicalTrials Insight and Cortellis and then creating trial timelines highlighting differences in trial phase, trial status, study design, and enrollment.
